How SolveClaims collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data for website visitors and application customers.
Scope and processing roles
SolveClaims acts as controller for public website operations, consent/marketing telemetry, security, and billing. For complaint content inside tenant workspaces, each customer organization remains controller and SolveClaims acts as processor under service terms.
Data categories
- Identity and account data (name, work email, role, organization profile, onboarding verification traces).
- Operational complaint data (case fields, attachments, comments, tasks, workflow history, and client portal actions).
- Billing and fiscal data (invoicing profile, plan/add-on requests, payment references, proof files, accounting metadata).
- Security telemetry (request IP masked/hashed where applicable, auth events, throttling traces, critical-action audits).
- Consent and measurement metadata (consent version, choices, optional analytics/attribution identifiers only after consent).
Legal basis
- Contract performance for service delivery and support.
- Legal obligations for accounting, tax, and compliance requirements.
- Legitimate interest for platform security and incident prevention.
- Consent for non-essential analytics and attribution technologies.
Retention policy summary
- Consent audit events: 24 months.
- Analytics and attribution events: 13 months.
- Security and abuse prevention logs: 12 months.
- Tenant account and workspace profile: contract period plus controlled offboarding window (default 90 days unless legal hold).
- Fiscal documents: retained according to mandatory accounting and tax law.
Your rights
